Request for determination if bobstay cable can run within hull between forward of plank to end of fuselage and terminate on aft end of fuselage
Bobstay. I believe I Have opinions on this short of Richard’s. I note, Paul Peter, Steve, Tomek are in the general opinion that is to be allowed, some with valid concerns. I find myself after reading the arguments also in favor
The question on the need for an interpretation is valid
I believe one should be written as to clarify (wording of the specification) limits to this. I will create first draft of this soon for your review
